So Tommy isn’t a featherweight fluffball after all? Hmm … If he’s that heavy, maybe he could give sumo a try? I can picture him with a top knot, and wearing that belt … and he’d have so much fun eating sashimi! I wonder if he can find a kimono with a nice flamingo pattern?

A question for the Orb. Those of you who have received your plague money, can you tell me if your last names are at the beginning of the alphabet or the first 3 numbers of your social security numbers are low. I’m trying g to figure why some people are getting the money early and others not. Thanks.

A garden gnome is busy destroying some plants when suddenly a house cat appears.

“What are you?” asks the cat.

“I’m a gnome. I steal food from humans, I kill their plants, and I raise a ruckus at night to drive them crazy. I just love mischief! And what, may I ask, creature are you?”

The cat thinks for a moment and says, “I guess I’m a gnome.”

This arc has been very strange. I don’t understand what’s going on.

Even in defeat, Sophie shines! It’s wonderful to see her enjoy being part of the group of friends! And look at Burt, holding up Tommy with one hand, after Goldie and Lupin struggled to carry the Fluffy Bee!

This is a nice denouement! I’m so glad Sophie caught on and is continuing playing the game!

In panel two, Burt’s got his friendship bracelet on! It must give him extra strength.

I think in this case “fluffy” may be the euphemism for “chonky”.

I have no idea what’s going on.

Goldie’s smile says it ALL! She doesn’t look too ‘foiled’ to me! That is, unless knowing that the ‘friendly inclusion’ you now have can be – Foil-Wrapped!! :)

Methinks that Lupin needs to work out more. He’s winded from his part in saving Tommy Bee.

Burt’s really showing his stuff here … And Tommy is light as a feather!!

Meanwhile, Lupin is either ‘recovering’, or more likely … Feigning a strong ‘manly (cat-ly?) pose’ as if to say, “Yup, I done lifted THAT!! I did, I did!!” :)

I love Burt in the background holding up Tommy with one hand! SUPER BURT!

So Lupin and Goldie cooperated in struggling to lift Tommy but Burt took care of the job singlehanded and with apparent ease!

I wish we could just flip the script on the corona virus!

Did Lupin strain himself trying to hold up Tommy. Looks like he’s huffing and puffing in the last panel. And Goldie doesn’t look like she’s in much better shape. But Pretty Boy Burt looks like he’s got no problems lifting him all by himself.

I wonder if Tommy buzzing as he is being rescued? BzzBzzBzz.
