    Someone once resubmitted “The Yearling” to various publishers under a different name. They all rejected it but only one recognized it.

    I like to support local artists and bought a book at a bookstore signing. I thought that perhaps one day it would be worth something as a signed first edition. Then I read the book and realized that there will never be a second edition.
