Tiffany’s facial expression in panel 3 is kind of scary, like she really wants to see Leslie in diapers.

Pretty obvious what Tiff is hoping she might find. An image of some sort.

Let me guess, there was a sonogram that’s now missing.

Oh-oh, looks like the Jig is finally up on this charade. Whew!!! Sanity is restored in the land.

The obvious possibility is that Les has a sonogram identical to the one Tiff found. Something that makes me unsure about that idea is that it may be too soon for Ann to get unmasked. “WHAT!?,” I imagine some of you saying, “if Ann got the axe a month ago, it would have been overdue.” Thing is, I’ve kinda been expecting we’d see more character growth by Tiffany before Ann got taken down — for example, learning to get along with Luann (if Tiff moves in with the DeGroots) and/or getting tutoring, deveoping effective study habits, and tackling her college classes. But I’m not gonna go out on a limb with a prediction right now, just stay tooned and see what happens.

Tiffany has the “instincts”, that box is the clue to the downfall.Duplicate Ultrasound picture! That matches Tom’s copy.

Tiffany is not taking Leslie Knox to the mansion? What a disappoint?

She’s using Les’ ultrasound to pretend she’s pregnant.

Ann saved his baby stuff? Now I am very curious how that maternal feelings disappeared. Grief? When Officer Knox was killed in line of duty and she was left with a child to raise alone? When she met a guy who did not want her little boy? Was that when she suppressed maternal side of herself so she would be able to place Les in the orphanage? Is she now seeing her second chance with Tom? A chance to raise another child by feeling safe to allow the return of her maternal feelings? Well, it’s been 20 years. What if it stays suppressed?

When I first saw today’s Luann, I thought Tiffany was warming up to Les in a big way. But most likely, this is about the sonogram.

She’s willing to twist her own shoulder for that one.

Why would she pretend to be pregnant. He already proposed. There is no point.

“There’s some pictures of Ann banging into me with her backpack. I was six months old.”

Many “folks” including Tiffany are thinking there’s a now missing sonogram among that box of baby stuff Les now has. Perhaps. And an early congratulations to the “folks” who’ve been saying all along that the sonogram is one of Les.Also to the Tiffany/Les shippers? I’m predicting that Box of stuff IS hidden somewhere in Les’ bedroom. So, I’m going to say “Oh, look! Les finally has Tiffany in his bedroom and she eagerly dragged him there!” And beat you to it. There that makes Me feel a little less queasy. :( But All kidding aside.

But will it really be that easy? I mean what are the odds that sonogram IS that of Les? If Les has had the stuff all along, WHY did take it and WHY is he keeping it? Feelings for his mom and his Lost childhood? And if there WAS a sonogram among the items Les has, How in the World did Ann manage to get her hands on it again without Les knowing? Could she have gotten a copy from her OB GYN after 19-20 years?

One more thing and think about this. Two years ago, Irma kept Gunther’s high chair, and it was non-stop “Wimpy Mommas boy Gunther,” from many fans that whole arc. Les kept his baby stuff. How much you wanna bet that it WON’T be “Wimpy Mommas Boy Les” this time around, Les will instead be hailed as a hero?

That said, the coming week should be most revealing. If there is a sonogram missing in that box of stuff, a showdown at the Farrell mansion is enviable. THIS time with Les in tow.

And where does Tiff drag Les? To his bedroom, you say? Well, they might discover something, but it won’t be chemistry.

Sure hope the fireworks are worth the wait. 4th of July, maybe?

This is where they say the plot thickens. But if i know Ann, she’s probably already taken ALL of Les’ baby things, including photos(especially ultrasound ones) and hidden them so they can’t potentially be found and used against her. She is paranoid and thinks she’s the victim, that everyone is out to ruin her happiness.

Well I am about as sure as I can be about anything with this toon that we will see at least something out of the box that Les has been apparently bequeathed from his mom Ann. What is it? How will it affect Les, Tiffany, Evil Ann, clueless Tom? Is the answer just blowing in the wind?

I’m guessing either Les will find his ultrsound picture missing from that box of memorabilia, or Tiff will notice that it looks EXACTLY like the ultrasound picture she found in her dad’s house.

Don’t let’s allow the suspense to kill us all!

Oh, man. What if Les and Tiff bond over this and get together? Then after the baby is born… Tiff: “Hi, little one. I’m your big sister.”Les: “Hey, kid. I’m your big brother.”Tiff and Les (together): ❤️ “And we’re dating each other!” ❤️(Good thing Tiff’s Dad can afford therapy or when the baby grows up)

Watch where you’re pointing that finger (unless you plan to use it ). Big smile.

Les saved his baby things, and Tiffany wants to see them. Their own parental instincts are kicking in.

1. The special box is stored at uncle Al’s house. 2. Al tells Les and Tiffany – that Ann picked up the box several weeks ago.3. We are left with another cliffhanger4. Monday starts a new story.

“I have my baby things at my place.” I’ll have to try that one.

I feel terrible. Tiffany will probably never know what it’s like to have a real family. To be loved, to care or be cared for.

Strange woman.

If Les ultrasound is missing will Tiffany make the same mistake by confronting Ann first, then Tiffany looses again. Have Les confront Ann with Tom present

Tiff is SOOOO exited.

Uh-oh. The Tiffster is getting a bit touchy-feely with Leslie Knox (panel 4). I don’t like what that may foreshadow.

But, for now, if the box is found to be missing an ultrasound, we will at least have a bit of leverage against the utterly evil Pitts Witch.

Everyone is so intent on predicting the arc without showing any interest in the couple of days we’ll spend ooooing and aaahhhing over the stuff in the box. It could be heart-wrenching!

I’ve been thinking about a possible outcome to this arc, even if Ann is found out. Tom may still not turn Ann into the street. I’ll take it a step further. There is good possibility that Ann realizing the jig is about to be up, will quickly forgo a big wedding (who’s she going to invite anyway and who would show up if she did?) and drag a puzzled Tom before a Justice of the Peace.Ann and Tom may already have been married by the time Tiffany rushes to the mansion with her “evidence” for her dad next week, with Les in tow.

One possible outcome? Tom FINALLY talks to Tiffany ALONE. Les talks to Ann Alone, and LOUDLY gets tells her off. Something he’s been wanting to do for years. A sincerely (?) tearful Ann tell Les why she treated him the way she did year. (Make up your own explanation, here)Tom and Tiffany come back out. A newly enlightened (Tiffany has told him ALL the vile stuff Ann had done to her over the last few years) but still stupid Tom lays the ground rules:

1) Ann no longer has ANY control over ANYTHING having to do with Tiffany, including her spending. Effectively Tiffany is freed from clutches of Ann.

2) Tom restores Tiffany’s full spending with the caveat that she should be more sensible about it this time, and do much better in college.

3) Tom invites Les to live in the mansion as family. But Les rejects the idea seeing that he’s not going to be a big bro (yet) and that he still hasn’t forgiven his mom. He chooses to remain in the Gulag.

4) Tiffany, after establishing that a trust fund has been made for her and that her inheritance is safe, elects not to trust nor live under the same roof with Ann. Or acknowledge that Ann is her stepmother. She’ll move in with the DeGroots (Short term) and back to a private dorm room on campus in the fall.

Bottom line: Ann stays. The cat is “belled” but not “skinned” as everybody wants. Tiffany becomes more determined to be a business tycoon, and studies hard. Les gets his ambition back.

Cue them discovering one of Les’ ultrasound pictures is missing and that Ann came over fed Gunther’s mom a sob story about missing her son. Then Gunther’s mom let her in the apartment to wait for Les where she went through Les’ baby box to grab a picture for her evil plan. Annnd scene

Theroy. the ultra sound image was not intended to come to light until things with the marraige started to get rough. Tiff has tossed a wrench in to Annes plans. this could be intersting.

Les just got outfoxed by Tiff, lol!

The sonogram is going to definitely be of Les. Ann is not the type to have another kid she doesn’t want. See just wants a rich husband.

Probably all his arrest warrants.

Ah, the plot thickens! Perhaps a familiar sonogram or two. Maybe one missing? But, if Ann were so heartless, why did she keep Les’ baby things? He wouldn’t have had them in the orphanage? Did Al have them. Maybe that’s too many “ifs”. Oh, the suspense! ;-o

Alright Greg Evans. Is this Luann or Tiffany Farrell comic strip. Maybe you should do a spin off and have a comic strip dedicated to Tiffany. You sure don’t show much of Luann anymore.

Why haven’t they told her brother, Les’ Uncle aka Gunther’s Stepdad. The man who helped raise Les. Mr Grey could get stuff done

Some, potentially, serious consequences ahead!! Most of which have been mentioned so far.

1) Tiffany fawning over Les memorabilia with step-bro-sis bonding. Who become the Darling Duo.

2) If events lead to Les’ bedroom, there may be bonding of a different type. NO! Not that yet. Probably more like Gunther and Luann’s Gulag romp. But serious, none the less.

3) The discover of Les’ sonogram. Which may be identical to Ann’s sonogram. OR… may not look anything like Les. Both would have consequences.

4) Reminiscing over the memorabilia, further erodes Les’ hatred for his mother. This, along with Tiffany’s deference to her father love for Ann, leads to some sort of rapprochement between parents and the Darling Duo.

Out of all of this, I just wish Tiffany had invited Bernice over for a visit. I would love to see that reunion.

Smelled this two weeks ago

And we still don’t know what happened to Ann’s clothes.

Don’t sonograms have dates on them?

So are we going to eventually see two couples at the Gulag? G & K could break the ice gently by showing the sun rising in the window and the four of them in the kitchen having cereal.

Both of these kids never had any siblings. Maybe they both always wanted one or some..maybe Ann will twins…or triplets…

Still waiting for that other shoe to drop…

Does Les have an ultrasound photo that looks EXACTLY like the one Tiff already saw?

So which is it Les.

The formation of a brother/sister bond?

I would say they’d find something useful to destroy Ann like a wedding certificate that leads them to discover she’s still married to Les’ dad, but, since Tiff is never allowed to defeat Ann and has to remain her bully target, I doubt that.

Baby stuff means things like small toys, stuffed animals, a little blanket, a teething ring etc., generally not medical imaging reports (fetus stuff). Some people here hope there will items that can be used against Ann. Frankly, I hope not. I would prefer this part of the arc be more about Les digging back into his life to think about a normal babyhood followed by a period of time in which things went totally wrong. When and how did that happen? Reliving one’s early life can be a path forward. Tiff’s response (to me) does not suggest that she is looking for dirt to use against Ann; it looks more like her interest in Les’s early life.

Does Tiffany’s Dad even know he’s about to inherit a Stepson?

Okay, here’s my two cents… Unless I’m mistaken, an ultrasound is more than just a photo. It should have information as to who the mother is, and the date when it was developed. The picture Ann has is nothing but a picture. No date, no nothing!

Now, once Tiffany goes through Les’ things and finds his ultrasound, it will show Ann’s name, the date it was developed… and the exact same photo that has Tom all excited. Same little wave, and everything.

This could very well be just what Tiffany needs to prove that Ann Eiffel is scamming Tom once and for all. However… there is still the issue of Tom being too busy to be alone with his daughter. Especially since he is making plans for a wedding… and the arrival of the son he’s always wanted.

Tiffany cannot do this alone. At the very least, she will need Les and his Uncle Al to back her up.

Of course Ann is going to bail on the baby. The only difference will be she will expect the housekeeper/nanny to take on all the baby chores.

Tiff better get out of the mansion before Ann fakes her miscarriage and blames it on Tiffany!

sonogram, haven’t heard it called that for years

Sounds like there’s more to the story of Les and Ann then Les wants to admit to.

I think somebody’s dark, hard shell just cracked open a little bit and let some light out.

I am probably late to the game, but why does the sonogram have a fully developed baby so big when Ann E has no bump ??? or does Les have a sibling?…. curiouser and curiouser ….
