As opposed to a "super genius (Wile E. Coyote) or a “very stable genius”.

Being a genius is not rare; 2% of the population have that IQ. That means in a typical baseball game, there are about 400 geniuses in the stand (maybe not for a Yankees game).

The plot of Memento is, based on two primary choices, whichever one you want it to be.

What are Inception and Memento? Films?

I never heard of either one.

Geez, people, they’re only movies. Watch something else if they tick you off so much.

There are 2 kinds of “genius”, the book learning kind that is well read, or the guy down the street who can fix anything that’s broke, I would rather be the latter!

The plot flaw with inceptions was that he did not actually plant an idea in his wife’s mind; rather he just reminded her of something she already knew. Memento was definitely a challenge!

I’m so glad my twenty-one year old son was there to explain Inception to me, or I would have been totally lost.

All those who claim they never saw Memento actually did, but just have no memory of it.

I’m a certified genius. I printed the certificate myself. I’m the only one who can certify me because I’m a certified genius :D

I’m currently struggling to keep the villains on Perry Mason sorted out. But I’m pretty sure there’s a bad cop somewhere in there.

Well I understood ALL of the Marvel movies. So there.

Both film directed by Christopher Nolan. Can’t say I’m a fan.

But is he a trained hypnotist with a coffee-sipping vlog/cult/thing that rebrands anti-social behaviour as master persuasion? That’s some genius stuff right there, folks.

Inception was a bit too esoteric for me, the effects and cinematography was beautiful though. After a stressful day at work sometimes you just need a goofy comedy like Top Secret! or Blazing Saddles to unwind.

I understood ‘Memento’, which is why I didn’t like it (even if the ‘protagonist’ drove the same car as I did).

Comments: I don’t like it, so it must be bad. I don’t understand it, so it must be evil. ????

So he’s an expert on Christopher Nolan films. And that is practical right now why?

Get back to me when he understands “Primer”.

What’s so hard about Inception?

Inception was showing at the Los Angeles Cinerama Theater when I went there to see a movie. On a later trip, I was on an airplane glancing at others watching people on airplanes in Inception on their iPads.

Understands Inception? That’s some fifth-level deep thinking there.

I’m a genius!

I’ve heard that if you can recognize an elephant in a picture you can call yourself a genius and people will vote for you to run a country

“The Prestige” was a WAY better Nolan film than “Inception”. Change my mind.

“Inception” is a new to me. I did walk out of “8 1/2.”.

Interesting. When something is over one’s head, they are quick to point out how stupid or meaningless it is. That’s why broad education is so useful.

But does he understand “person, woman, man, camera, TV”? Only a true genius can parrot those words in order! Derp!

I would call a genius anyone who can rationally explain the final scene of The Paper Chase.

Memento isn’t hard to understand. It’s just a pain in the…uhhh…well you know.

The central themes and questions of Memento are amazing. So is the philosophical question of the first Matrix. The rest of them are consumed by fate vs destiny, (which is a philosophical black hole with no meaning regardless of the answer)
