In life, there are two possibilities — you are healthy or you are sick. If you are healthy, there is nothing to worry about.

If you are sick, there are two possibilities — you get better or you die. If you get better, there is nothing to worry about.

If you die, there are two possibilities — you go to Heaven or you go to Hell. If you go to Heaven, there is nothing to worry about.

And if you go to Hell, you will be so busy hanging around with your old friends, you won’t have time to worry.

Mark Twain said something like: I have worried about a great number of things in my life, most of which never happened.

These days it seems like close to 100% of the worries are about things that will never (and cannot) happen.
