Except when the mice set up shop inside the walls and start having baby mice and pretty soon you have to call pest control because one cat can’t keep up with hundreds of mice.

My wife would murder me if I set live mice loose in the house…

I’m usually the first one with the “Its just a comic strip” defense, but this is was a stupid idea

Sheets are no protection against claws and teeth.

Friends raised an orphaned great horned owl. It ate the neighbor’s cat. Kind of poetic justice.

You win some, you lose some. Pets, that is.

Cats eat mice if they are hungry. ‘Domestic’ cats attack animals for practice… 20,000,000,000+ birds killed annually.

They often eat their offspring also — or the tom cats will their male offspring.
