I bought a coloring book and some colored pencils: Supposed to help with anxiety. Doesn’t work: I keep breaking off the pencil points and then ripping the pages with the sharp stubs.
Maybe I should take up breaking things on purpose instead?

If you’ve already voted, it’s too late for you to change things. Turn off the TV and radio and read for a while, it’s less stressful.

I voted early. done and done. I won’t feel anxiety until late this evening, but I will temper it with gin and tonic. Possibly pizza.
