Um… The student on the left in panel two looks like Janis’s son, Gene. Is there more to the story than what we’ve gotten so far?

While posing she pondered which was her best side

During one of our figure drawing sessions, a maintenance worker came in for some reason. Soon after, five of them arrived to “check on” the air conditioner.

So, I guess there are drawings of a naked Janis “out there”…hey Arlo, got any naked pictures of your wife?

The mark of a serious artist: Viewing a nude model as a bowl of fruit.

Some other people see a piece of meat to be objectified.

Unfortunate.

This is what Dagwood would imagine, not Arlo.

I am sure there was more than one aroused male art student in that class. Janis is(was) a very sexually attractive woman.

I envy those who have the courage to model in the nude. I never had a body that anyone would find worthy of drawing – let alone look at.

so she has a “Pear-shaped” figure?

Yeeesh. She didn’t look any better then than she does now.

It’s a life experience she never forgot….

I think I’ll go back to my imagination.
