I’m 73 and been reading Pickles for 25 years

Every day! I’ll be 83 this year, and I see myself at least once a week.

Just started mine…I should be hitting the sack at about 8 or so…

Get up, shovel snow, eat, go to my volunteer job, etc…

I’m 64

Am 90 with no complaints, it has been one hellofa ride!!!

Good to see that Earl doesn’t talk to himself. I don’t talk to myself either. I talk to my cat. I’m 77 and a half. Many days that I can identify with Earl and Opal.

Well, I’m 83 and I learned of this strip from my sister who was 9 years older than me. She’s gone but I’m carrying on the “torch” in reading Pickles. Let’s not forget that wonderful Studebaker. Now, that’s a classic.

I am 90 years old and have been reading the comics for more years than 99% of the individuals commenting. Scrolling through I only see one other 90 year old commenting. I plan on reading Pickles for at least another 5 years.

I hate to say it: Sixty five isn’t that old, but it’s quickly down hill beyond that. I’m 73.

Well, I’m 77 years old ’n creaky too, but found this website a couple years ago. I picked out the “comic favorites” I like/enjoy and read them faithfully every morning. And yes, I most certainly identify with LOTS of things that are shown in the strip on a daily basis !

Just turned 76. I read Pickles daily. Don’t remember when I didn’t read Pickles.

So Earl leaving your dirty bowl and cereal on table and not clean it up.

I had two breakfasts (one is a bowl of oatmeal), read forty articles on the Internet, fed and walked the cats. Hmmm – back to bed or start thinking about lunch? I’ll bet this will be easier when I’m retired. :)

I turned 69 in November and am enjoying my 6th year of retirement as attendant to my 17 year old adopted cat.

Considering what we have dealt with in 2020, I am sure everyone could use a good laugh…and Pickles supplies it.

Physically, upper 50’s. Mentally, 9 or 10!

and Pickles is my favorite comic about the same as Calvin and Hobbs

I’m 74 and this comic strip reminds me of my own parents and also my husband and me! We’ve been reading it for many years. I love it!!

I retired at 65 last June. LOVE IT! Am healthy, blessed with a great 4 legged family. Medicare is OK, but, the best thing about my second retirement last year is my Tricare for life as my secondary med insurance. Whatta life! Worst thing is I can’t see my Mom much since no one can go into the nursing home :( .

I’m 60.

I’ll be 72 this year. Most might think I’m in my early 60s.

The ‘Pickles’ character I wonder about is married to the Buddy Sorrell character.
