The advent of coffee shops in Europe in the early 1700’s is sometimes credited with the flood of scientific progress at that point in time. People quit having beer for breakfast, and were (supposedly) more motivated to follow their ideas through.

I told somebody that the tea stain on a picture I embroidered was my signature.
Looks like he is just sloppy and wasting coffee….
He’s a stain to his profession.
He went on to do corporate logos – Lucent was his first customer.
