How small was your house?

Well…

It was so small that we had to breathe in shifts

It was so small that when the roof blew off, I just put up an umbrella

It was so small that I had to stand outside the kitchen window when cooking.

You must be a wag if you think “So why did you get a dog with a tail that long?” Well, at least the height of your house seemed to be appropriate…

This is only the opening gambit to find out what the kids are really up to, and she will find out.

Well if you buy a bigger house we all could live under one roof ;)

Finally, the son in law! He was hiding somewhere in Iraq…

Dump the agent and just go . Question : Do you two really want to go through with this process ? Moving is a lot of work ;-)

If they move, will Nelson still be in the comic strip half the time?

Where’s the rim shot?

“What’s wrong with the house you got now?” Well, if you were around yesterday, Opal, it now has an Earl-sized hole in it!

Too small? Or too….close?

It was so small that the cook and the upstairs maid had to share a bathroom.

In the future this may cost Sylvia much her inheritance. As long as they are next door they can easily come over to help out and check on them. Also it gives Earl and Opal a reason to stay in the house to be near Nelson. So if they feel abandoned they may just decide to sell their house too and use the money for a nice $5,000 month retirement community, good-bye to Sylvia inheritance.

Both Earl and Opal are drawn to look like they are 80+ but based on Nelson/Sylvia’s apparent age they likely are <70.

It had less square footage than a Monopoly house.

Our house was so small that if I rolled over in bed I’d be in the garage. Snark !

As an older parent, “too small” is a trigger for having a baby happiness first off.

It was so small security guards kept showing up for work.

These kids are making a huge mistake. Haven’t they thought about all the free baby sitting they will be missing out on? Nelson is with his grandparents so much that it must be possible for his parents to live completely unencumbered lives with impunity!

We didn’t have a house, we lived in the bus stop shed, and there were ten of us.

I can see why they want to move away from her.

Hey! Is the downsizing to a tiny house craze over? I’m 78 and keeping my tent in case that crazy guy is unbelievably elected again.
