I’m sorry they let the Dock go. It was a beautiful place overlooking the water, with the pilings, the boats, and the seagulls.

OMG! What a bunch we were in my kitchen. We had fun turnin’ and burnin’ though.

Sad when a kid is nostalgic about the past.

Is this the first time that Meg has called Gene “Daddy” instead of “Daddy Gene” or “Papa Gene”?

Meg is calling Gene “daddy” now. So I guess Mary Lou’s old boyfriend, and Meg’s presumed biological father, Shawn, is out of the picture.

So….what is the “dock” a better hang out….long gone?

Foreshadowing…

This strip reminds me of the old radio soaps. (For the record, that’s a good thing)

We’re headed in the right direction. Hope Jimmy can hold onto it for awhile.

Maybe this will result in Meg making an extended visit to Arlo and Janis’ home, an opportunity for bunch of new story lines.

People who make life interesting are seldom just like every other person you meet… unless you live in a nut house.
