HOWEVER: My ex loved the IDEA of sweaters. She had about 8 feet of closet space with hanging sweaters and half of that space with bags of sweaters on the floor. One September, I attached a (today’s) dated stick-it to all her sweaters. After 18 months, I suggested that if any sweater still had its stick-it, she had clearly not worn it either of the last two winters, so it might as well be sold or donated. We didn’t get divorced over that, but it was a near thing. And she was still grumbling about it when we DID get our divorce.

Good thinking. Always an alternative if one looks for it. And sometimes it helps to have a bit of a nudge in the right direction from a trusted source.

Mrs Olsen and Caulfield working together? Now that is a scary thought.^^

I really like this opportunity to see this dynamic between the two of them. It ends up being somewhat one dimensional when they are in school.

People at the garage sale are going to wonder why Mrs Olsen is selling kids clothing.
