Looks like you might have to stand on the “Blame” box to reach the “Problems” box. Notice the blame box is overflowing, while the problems box appears completely empty.
In March, I got my covid vaccines at a site run by FEMA and the United States Army. The efficiency at this site was off the charts excellent. Let’s hear it for Big Government!
It’s a cheap laugh and somewhat of a cliche to state that government is unresponsive. In my experience I’ve found services provided by government to be as efficient as that provided by any big corporation.
Grover Cleveland introduced the concept of “civil service” to the federal bureaucracy in an effort to professionalize it with people who were actually qualified for the jobs they held. Prior to that, it was political patronage, which meant massive turnover every time the top office changed parties, people holding jobs they couldn’t do simply because they were big contributors or active campaigners, and good luck to you if you wanted some kind of service but belonged to the “wrong” party.
As with so many other things, one should ask the question “Compared to what?”.
Having worked in both corporate and government jobs I can’t see much difference in the work ethic or productivity. Admittedly the legislators and some of the top people in the executive branch could be improved. If you’ve dealt with senior management you know for sure that that group could be improved.

Even if you could reach the Problems box there’s just a chute in it that leads to the Blame box.

I guess the old saying is true…the worst words you can hear are…“Hi! I’m from the government and I’m here to help you.” ;D

Just remember, they are all civil servants. Just because they are civil it doesn’t mean they’re polite. Job security does that to some people.
