Hopefully Peppermint Patty won’t have any spins in her routine.

And the saddest part of this is that PP will NOT learn a lesson about “volunteering” (railroading) people to do things she can’t or won’t do herself. They grow up and call it “delegating” and then criticise.

Maybe Peppermint Patty will listen next time. Nah of course she won’t.

Peppermint Patty Psaki gets that feeling a lot later in life when trying to spin something that makes sense out of senile ramblings and nonsensical drivel. And that’s not tears in her stomach, its acid reflux.

Don’t go blaming her now you were the one to assume she had skill. Marcie said over and over that she didn’t know how to sew even if she did have a sewing machine in her house.

The lesson is, Patty, less talking and more listening!

Strips like this remind me of why Marcie and Charles are such a perfect match; they both keep getting pulled into situations that will have predetermined awful outcomes. Wait, maybe it wouldn’t be a good idea for them to pair up in the future.

Sleeves are one of the harder things to sew. I’m not surprized they got left out.

Think back to the very beginning of the strip… at Peppermint Patty’s request (demand) at Marcie’s house.

Peppermint Patty is actually a very nice girl, but she will never learn her lesson about telling people to do things for her. Anybody remember that one Thanksgiving?

Without sleeves, it would be easy for Marcie to tie PP up in that dress, and leave her like that.
