Yes you did, but it does not look like it will help much.

The judge asked each juror “Can you judge fairly?”.

One responded, “Can YOU judge fairly?” to which the judge replied “Surely you jest.”

They must have been hard to find. Other kingdoms, maybe?

One assumes that they will hop to find a verdict. But they do seem to be barley awake though. I do hope that they can ferment a fair and stout verdict that no one will be bitter about. They will all then have to do some judging on the kegs, to see what is ale-ing the kingdom.

This is the first time (although it’s probably been revealed in other WOI strips) that I’ve heard of a first name for Bung…

Today’s strip reminds me of a joke about a man who was asked if he wanted to be tried by his peers or by a magistrate. He replied, “A magistrate. I’m not being tried by a bunch of thieves!”

Bung is always intoxicated, so he is guilty of public intoxication any time he goes out in public.

Public intoxication? Isn’t that pretty much every baseball game. I mean really, how “private” is a tailgate party.

I never had a drunk jury. But I once was at a DWI trial where the drunk’s main witness, who was to testify that he had just left his house sober ten minutes earlier, turned up plastered and sat down in the hall next to the arresting officer.

If they can’t reach a decision quickly, will they be hung over?

When it comes to intoxication, Bung has no peers.
