They know it’s not the primo spot for a snooze!

If it was the litter box you wouldn’t have to ask.

You own a cat, you get all the interesting side effects!

That’s why our catbasket is on a table, cats like to sleep in high places.

They are small, they need to bring you down to their level.

If they aren’t on the couch, ours are on the cat tree

We have 4, there is always someone one at least one of those two places

The floor isn’t safe, cats love to ambush each other

One habit that cats & dogs share!

I have an outside cat, feral. I feed him and made a bed out of a box and a towel. It is in a gazebo and sheltered well. I have heated water bowl too. He keeps the squirrels out of my garden in summer so it is a good partnership.

Ha! Try getting a Labrador off the couch.

Now, if you’d put the box the cat bed came in out in the middle of the floor, the cat would sleep in THAT.

I put one where the cats can lie in it and look outside.

Did Arlo have a senior moment?

We have a large one of those for the dog. I wonder if she’d use it if I put it on “her” chair.

I have one in front of the fireplace for my dog. And a different one where I also won’t fall over it. Already learned my lesson.

Why would he want to use something so small……

I sprinkled a bit of catnip in it and it became the favorite spot.

For my cat the best place to nap was always on me. Even when I was lying under the kitchen sink fixing the drain.

My cats love Amazon boxes when they (the cats) aren’t on the bed or the exact place I want to sit!

We solve that problem by putting the cat bed directly on the couch. We have three kitties and they all use their cat beds…..on the couch.
