Did she get a rat for Christmas?

The mystery begins.

I see a “Christmas Vacation” moment coming up.

It could be either Earl or Nelson. Both have the mentality to pull a stunt like this one.

I’m " pining" to see what is in the tree, or should I see whom?

We put up our tree and decorations this past Sunday.

We also have three cats and a dog in our house.

So far, so good (fingers crossed).

Bigger question – where did all the presents go from yesterday’s strip?

No problems like this at our house, critters don’t seem to be attracted to aluminum trees.

I once saw all my cats staring at crunching sounds coming from a low kitchen cabinet. I whipped the door open just in time to see my neighbor’s cat disappearing into the darkness. Apparently, the builders were so cheap there was no separation between the cabinet spaces of the duplex kitchens.

Since its not Muffin, who is it?

This reminds me of the “egg” scene in Alien. She’d better keep her distance.

OK, the other day the mouse trap in the kitchen went missing….
