Of course “cloud-seeding” cannot take place if you do not have clouds in the first place.

Take a fog machine aloft to make the clouds and then seed them.

It’s a relief to see that Mr. Meddick finally received his joke shipment. . . .

Since it was discovered weather-making could be weaponized, it’s a lot harder to get an OK for seeding. It turns out that the resultant precipitation was often a case of “robbing Peter to pay Paul”.

As AGW continues some places get much milder and later winters than 30 years go. Other get hard snows earlier and others never now too.

Old Nick understood this in 1899 when he found out about the heat trapping properties of carbon-dioxide and other gases and the fact that since 1740 humans have been steadily increasing the amount of CO² they burn. He knew then to move Christmass Town from the landless Arctic to the continent of Antarctica deep into it. (He wanted to be on solid ground, he made sure to be far enough away from the alien city ruins too. Then the Nazis moved in in nearby during the 1930’s-1940’s that do not know they are here either.)

Whatever Sedgie wants, Sedgie gets—and that includes snowy weather!

Poor long-suffering Jarvis is just a Sounding Board for Young Master’s exposition in this episode….
