If you enjoy tactics and finesse, then you can find a way to enjoy curling. I do, and I never even HEARD of it until a few years ago.

Canadians seem to love curling.

To me, it’s bocce on ice. And by that estimation, I imagine it’s really fun to do, but I have no interest in watching it.

Curling is actually interesting.

That, and checkers.

A nice break from the ‘heavy news’ Mr. Danziger.

Lots of people get stoned on the slopes.

Curious. Watched a curling match the other night. Boy, sure gets a guy’s heart pounding.

Here’s something you’ve never heard; ‘’Is that the Curling guy’s Corvette?’’

Its more fast-paced and exciting than golf.

Is anyone actually paying ANY attention to that nonsense??

End the Olympics. Long ago it broke its code promising fair play and no politics

More folk would watch the games if they were not constantly interrupted with; commercials or commentary about the sins of China.

Curling is exciting. It is much better than a sport decided by biased judges.

The Olympics were originally intended to be athletic contests requiring exceptional strength and/or endurance. Whatever athleticism is involved with curling isn’t visible to the naked eye. It may be popular in very cold locales where there aren’t a heck of a lot of things to occupy their time but has no place in the Olympics.

I like watching the sweepers.

IIRC, co-ed competition is now allowed at the Olympics.

I find curling strangely captivating, but I couldn’t say why.

Gee, i feel the same way about figure skating & gymnastics.

The Olympics this year are sad. Saying that Curling allows older chubby sportsmen to compete for Gold.

It’s better than any of the scored events which have nothing but halo effects. Ever seen a skating upset? And some Russian fell the other night in couples and they were still first

The sad part is that I have completely lost interest in the Olympics, summer or winter. Not watching this one, haven’t for a least 8 years, and doubt that I ever will again.

I like watching Curling. It is faster moving than many a Baseball game.

Think of the rocks as downs
