I believe that happened in real life just week. An elephant keeper was beating the animal to get it to lie down. It did……

Haven’t looked hard enough yet.

No elephants were harmed in this comic.

One person, however, is in critical condition.

Something like this happened at the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. :P. Not pretty.

Well, at least the big brass acknowledged the elephant in the room.

And since we don’t know it’s gender or name, we’re not sure how to address it…
