I remember a Comedian several decades ago talking about people actually buying cans of dehydrated water. Directions on the can stated that all you had to do was add water. I have no idea if dehydrated water actually existed(maybe like pet rocks)or it was just a gag, but I laughed long and loud when he said it. He did his entire act in a monotone, no expression, so I have no idea if the product ever actually existed, but I can picture quite a large number of people who would buy it

As for me, just add ethanol. With the know-how, you can get it from gasoline.
