The Halloween custom of apple bobbing as practiced with the help of a real Wizard. Of course, apple bobbing is based on the fact that apples were sacred to DRUIDS.

It was a plastic apple reused from last year.

Do apples ever sink to the bottom? I thought they floated the whole time. I guess Wiz’s apples are particularly dense and sink to the bottom.

A real apple would have floated to the surface and bobbed on its own.

Saw the little Fink below. He’s still trying to rescue his dear Rodney who being held by the Merpeople deep in the Spirit’s vat.

It appears that Rodney does not want to abandon his armor. Something about, he wet his pants when the Merpeople kidnapped him.

Wow, I hadn’t read the “new” strip in a while, so, I hadn’t noticed how much differently the characters are drawn, now. The “Duke” used to be a chin, with feet!
