    Had a friend who trained with his brother who one day scoffed at the instructor on a certain self defense technique. Instructor gave him an ax handle and told him to bring it as he had his own club in hand. Then said wait a sec, for you I’m going to use this. Set down the club and picked up a kubotan(look it up). My friend never new what hit him, never underestimate the size of the weapon(s) involved. Sadly, this happened before cell phones. Tru story!

    Was s story about the time a 5’, 150 lb fella kept challenging a 6’, 200 lb blacksmith to a duel. Kept it up day after day. The smith, finally tired of the constant natering, chose 40lb sledge hammers in 8’ of water. Duel was cancelled.
