Still unable to find any reason to respond, I was forced to recognize the accuracy of the observations being made, if not their logic and sense, which could not, in my opinion, ever be verified. The events known to me, and the events resulting in the demise of some random person, were somehow entangled in their course of unwinding. They had the same beginning, and the same end. In my case, the cessation of life was more symbolic of course. More of a metaphor, or perhaps an exaggeration. But the essential nature of the two were a close parallel. This much was undeniable. As I accepted this as the reality I faced, the buzzing began to diminish. I began to feel capable of self direction again. It seemed an essential connection was being made, that made normal existence possible again. I had to know, so I asked. “If this connection is essential to my moving past the unfortunate event, then how does this parallel the other involved, the person lost?”
I know only a falconer or two, and not into conoodling (sic) (not counting the old TV evening soap opera, Falcon Crest, with the young Jamie Rose, with whom I could perhaps have been convinced to canoodle).
I have done the Tea Thing, at one time opting in college for Jasmine tea before being converted to Lapsang Souchong. Interesting, but not productive, canoodling-wise….

The “falconers” seems oddly specific. But aside from that I … … … … uh … … … never mind.

Yes, in the early days, ‘Twister’ started with something non-alcoholic.

Do falconers drink tea? Are they good in bed? And what else would falconers do, before said conoodling. Inquiring minds want to know.

Fatima’s " Fun with Falcon Feathers " has become a best-seller in Turkish tea rooms and higher-class harems.

Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it’s Istanbul, not Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Now it’s Turkish delight on a moonlit night
Every gal in Constantinople
Lives in Istanbul, not Constantinople
So if you’ve a date in Constantinople
She’ll be waiting in Istanbul
Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can’t say
People just liked it better that way
So, take me back to Constantinople
No, you can’t go back to Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That’s nobody’s business but the Turks
