I used to say “I hate my life” to my girlfriend (who is now my wife). She used to snarkily say, “Well, there’s an alternative.” One beautiful kind compassionate intelligent daughter later… I have nothing to say.

Yeah, it was blowing up to 82 mph a few days ago. a whole bunch of folks lost roof shingles. Fortunately, we didn’t.

First time writing, so glad i found others who enjoy Calvin and Hobbes (the way I read it :) Calvin sums up the transformation rom child to adult so very well. Such a great work.

Some people don’t hold conversations so much as they impatiently wait for their turn to talk more.
