Trump certainly is helping the economy, especially that of the news media employees. They love him. He makes it so easy for them.

Cartoon dated 2019. Sad (sorry) that the Trump context still fits.

Everyone just settle down. There will be more meaningless indictments brought against both parties that will play endlessly on all media outlets and from your favorite pundit to distract and divide us from the bigger problems at hand. It’s all a parlor game to them while Rome burns.

A not so gentle reminder – the Nixon WH plumbers and Watergate indictments took 3 years. A lot of the legwork was contributed by a couple of reporters. A few names of the prosecution team back then are on this team too. Thorough? Yes. Slow as molasses at about 100° Kelvin (there are conversion websites easily found on the ’net)? Yup. These are not sneakers but heck yeah – Just Do It!!!

It has been said that a “good” DA can indict a ham sandwich.

The glacial speed at which the justice department is moving reminds me of an old joke. (Of course!)

A young bull and an old bull are standing on a hill overlooking a herd of cows.

The young bull says to the old bull, “Let’s run down there and get us each one of those cows.”

The old bull replies, “No son. Let’s WALK down and get each and every one.”

It’s all about priorities and taking the time to get the job done right.

Buttercup needs to take up walking, a lot of walking. As much as it takes to get to the end of a short pier at high tide.

Wouldn’t a rational human being, having heard “witch hunt”, “fake news”, “unfair”, “rigged and stolen”, “hoax”, and anything about Covid spewed from his mouth since 2015, finally… finally reach the conclusion the man is a charlatan… an incompetent charlatan who keeps leaving evidence everywhere??!

Trump has been a felon since he was old enough to be tried as an adult.

What happens next is only justice long overdue.

Reflecting back on 2003 March 20: The Bush/Cheney Administration had approved the name “Operation Iraqi Liberation” for its invasion of Iraq until someone pointed out what the acronym would be, whereupon it was changed to “Operation Iraqi Freedom”.
