I find that it’s usually a good day when I sleep through the sunrise.

In Dante’s Purgatory, the sun rises in the west.

Well, it doesn’t always rise in the east. Depends on where you are.

Optimists are insane.

Pig knows how to milk life for everything that it’s worth.

Many things in life are done without knowing really why we are doing them.

Pessimists are optimists who started paying attention.

Some say it’s a good day whenever you wake up above the dirt.

It depends on where you are, but the sun doesn’t always rise in the east everywhere. Here in Reykjavík, it rises nearly directly north in mid to late June, and nearly directly south in mid to late December. If you go a bit farther north, there are days in December where it doesn’t rise at all.
