The ‘Jingles’ comment is bizarre. Not the rubbish about all of the ‘weapons’ they own but that the landlord needs to articulate that you are not allowed to discharge a firearm or cut/stab either (presumably it includes furnishings but not meals). I doubt that I have ever leased a property that would allow either and allow me to remain as a lessee.

Two peaceful individuals are stranded on an island, come together in friendship, and receive by chance a box of tools. Instead of using those tools to hunt for food, they turn on each other in a senseless play for survival. Why, could they be friends in the beginning, and not in the end. This toon points out how ignorant, not only this message is, but how most can behave when survival instincts kick in. It’s not the tool controlling this, but the user’s state of mind.
