Calvin’s enemies don’t even realize they’re his enemies.

Yeah, it’s pretty obvious that YOU are the enemy, Calvin.

Tomorrow will be a lesson in spying and camouflage.

Cherr up, there’s always Moe.

I love it when he fails!!!

Calvin try’s so hard, but he’s not as smart as he thinks he is…sometimes.

Seeing that look when he realizes that the plot failed!

Calvin’s problem, like many of us, is that he sees others through such a thick lens of his own behavior that he expects everyone to react like he would. That foils his plans often.

I like Calvin’s angry face when Susie returns the letter. I also like Susie saying “this letter for Hobbes” and Hobbes being pleased that Susie returned his letter. He knew what the letter said anyway but he’s pleased with Susie for returning it whereas Calvin is angry that she’s not doing what he expected and wanted her to do.

Calvin needs to work harder at his fiendish plots! :D

Are we sure that Calvin didn’t change his name to ‘Sheldon’ when he grew up ???

Curses! Foiled again.

I’m sure that Calvin’s natural charm and personality will get him a bad enemy one day.

To get a friend, first be a friend.

To get an enemy, keep attacking until they strike back?

Next time write it in glitter and leave it face up

Well, if you keep your friends close and your enemies closer, she is likely to be smooching you pretty soon. Close enough?

The problem, Calvin, is that your greatest enemy just received the letter.

A man was in the jungle and was told the fronds of this plant were edible. So he ate them.

He then had the worst case of diarrhea he knew of.

He said “with fronds like these, who needs enemas?”

What about Moe?

Indifference to Calvin is the best way to deal with him.

You just can’t get good help these days.

I think Calvin is his own worst enemy.

Susie sure knows how to spoil your fun, Calvin. She is much smarter than you can comprehend.

That trick with Moe would be more fun, I guess. Except the thrashing after the episode. Susie has shown Swift action in the past, though.

Somehow, what with Hobbes being imaginary and all, this reminds me of Elvis Presley’s song “Return to Sender”.
