Where is Madsen? He hasn’t come to the boss for his money, and somehow, it looks like his car is being towed.

The third panel is confusing to me.

Isn’t that the abandon warehouses which we saw the SUV police car? I’m thinking we’re missing something because that looks like part of the resolution with the arrest of Madsen.

Unless it’s to indicate the reason why he’s late for his pay off. But I don’t think so.

Now all we need is the postscript of the guys sitting around the office with their full hot steaming MCU cups of Snail brew, bragging about the capture even though sour pussed Dick is ‘plussed’ because he didn’t get to do the pick up, with shots fired.

Guy is fooling himself if he thinks Madsen won’t come for the money. Madsen was as serious as hemorrhoids.

I know its a representation of the river, but the white mark on the Red Cross looks like Tracy’s .45

( left this elswere ) I’m a bit of a painter, so I just treat them as individual paintings, in most cases no berring on each other.

Not sure what’s going down with Madsen. It seems that the police have indeed located and confiscated the Caprice, which is being towed as a police SUV leads the way (panel 3). And Madsen had been living in it or at least sleeping off his inebriation in it. Did he ditch it? Or did he just leave it briefly only to see the po-po descend on it?

If this is so, then where is he, there being no sign as yet that Team Tracy has apprehended him? Audie (panel 2), at 2:45 PM indicated on his computer, has satisfied his own mind that Madsen has simply cut-and-run, though I think that unlikely….
