It’s time for her to branch out.

She certainly needs the practice, she doesn’t even know how to hold the instrument correctly.

In our house it was the trumpet, but that was less damaging to the walls than my other son practicing field and track.

Maybe get her a decent music teacher?

When first started playing the violin, the neighbors called and demanded my mother keep the window closed while I practiced.

Potential genius stunted by untrained ears? Happens a lot.

Many years ago a friend of mine decided to pick up the violin, and he played a little bit for me and wasn’t all that bad. I’m thinking how hard can it be? He let’s me take a crack at it. I have tinnitus to this day…
