I don´t know how to act my age. I have never been this old before.

Something confusing is going on: people my age around me are all old. I don’t know what happened to them.

That’s my point, exactly… I might have to grow older, but, ain’t nuthin’ says I have to grow up!

I was listening to the radio the other day and the news reporter was mentioning that something or other happened during the Viet Nam War. I thought to myself, “let’s see. I would have been in my early 20’s when that happened.” Then it hit me. “Early 20’s? I used to be in my early 20’s? What the heck happened? Where did my life go?” But I already knew the answer to that question.
