1) Gun crime can be halted by taking firearms away from legitimate owners who are investigated by police before being issued a Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) for hunting rifles and shotguns — and are investigated more thoroughly and fingerprinted before being issued a Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence (RPAL) for handguns, rifles with shorter barrels, and any other guns the government decides are too scary — and are forbidden from owning any fully automatic weapons, sound suppressors, or an even longer list of guns deemed too scary — and are subsequently subject to having their homes searched at any time to ensure their guns are safely stored and they still possess every restricted firearm they have ever owned unless that gun was sold to another RPAL possessor and the sale registered with the government.

2) Guns used in crime are almost all stolen from or bought from legal owners.

3) These policies are supported by almost all Chiefs of Police in Canada.

4) Every group in Canada that supports the individual’s right to own firearms is a puppet of and funded by the American NRA.

5) Everything the pro-gun lobby tells you is a lie. Only the government tells the truth and it tells you nothing but the truth.

In truth, of course, legal gun owners are very seldom involved with violent crime. Paragraph 1 shows you why.

2 — 95% of guns used in crime in Canada are smuggled in from the United States.

3 — There is a video circulating showing the true positions of the Chiefs of Police from many large Canadian forces. They are strongly opposed to the government’s policies.

4 — The NRA has no direct contact with or influence on any major pro-gun group in Canada.

5 — The mainstream media appear to believe this hogwash. They repeat it constantly even when presented with clear proof of government lying.

This started out like the ‘Calvin and Hobbes’ strips about the monsters under Calvin’s bed. Then ended terribly.

I’ve haven’t failed to notice that politicians are still lying. Oddly enough, “politically correct” people choose to call it “gas lighting” or “false facts”, but it’s still lying. I assume calling someone a liar can lead to a lawsuit but that gas lighting is still protected as “Freedom of Speech”. God bless America. …please.

An authoritarian communist is running the DOJ, generating fake felonies for Republicans and a “owning a gun while a crackhead” charge for Hunter to ‘firewall’ the tax evasion charges from senile Pedo Joe. Plus an EPA run by an authoritarian communist and her human hating ‘green energy’ freaks. I can’t be the only person who has noticed this!

This is an insult to slugs, who actually have a beneficial purpose to remove decaying materials. These gaslight slugs are preying on living democracy.

One of my neighbors was telling another neighbor where to get information. She said that if you go to this site, it lets you tells you what the answer is so you don’t have to think or do any research. I thought she was joking — she was dead serious! That’s how you elect authoritarian leaders.

Being a fan of Alfred Hitchcock, I’m fascinated to see the term “gaslight” back in use, although personally I still prefer to use “weasel words.”
