Didnt Princess Magazine contribute by finding the battle wagon and the fire extinguisher? Grandmag needs to remind her that she already made a huge contribution.
Today’s strip reminds me of an old movie called “The Adventures of Marco Polo”. A rebellious son told his father that he would take his throne. The King replied, “You can have my throne. It’s where my cat sleeps. Does that make it the King?”
This reminds me of Terry Pratchett’s books with the Stone of Scone that Dwarf kinds sat on, even though it had been repaired, patched, and should have only lasted 300 years, etc, but it was The [original] Stone of Scone because it was the one the Dwarf King sat on.
I love this journey Georgia is taking us on! She’s given us so much insight into the character and history of the raccoons and wildlands animals, who had previously been on the edges of news stories. I can’t wait to learn more and see how the saga unfolds.
A 2-year-old girl who walked away from her home in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula alongside two family dogs was found in the woods hours later sleeping on the smaller dog like a furry pillow, state police said.
“She laid down and used one of the dogs as a pillow, and the other dog laid right next to her and kept her safe,” Lt. Mark Giannunzio said Thursday. “It’s a really remarkable story.”
(Found on multiple sources, but I think apnews dot com is the original.)
Wonderful News!! Don’t wear yourself out trying to get things done that piled up while you were on chemo. It takes a good while to recover from it. My cousin was tired and worn out for 4-5 years, but now is gardening, painting (pictures and house) and spending time with her grandkids.

Bopping a few mole heads with those tiny fists of rage could be of some help, but those owl talons are no joke.

Well gets a steel chair and lets em has it. Let’s gets ready to jungle rumble!

The chair is a symbol and as such has only the power or meaning that the raccoons choose to give it.

I have a feeling that Princess Magazine is going to go rogue. Or…she will come up with a plan that will save the day. That is a smart one…

Queen Mags seems a little sad – or maybe pensive – in the last panel. I’m thinking this war is the last thing she wants to do right now.

Aw, Queen Mags looks so sad in the last panel. You’re right Mags. Wherever you are is Royal. Darn inferior computer screen.

From the King and I: Hello, Young Lovers
Hello, dear field friends whoever you are
I hope your troubles are few
Whatever you’re doing please know we are here
We are all there for you!
…….
Be brave dear field friends and follow your star
That shine in the sky so blue
Be not afraid of owls or the moles
We all are there for you!
…….
We know how it feels to be out of your field
And see your home taken away
But be brave awhile longer and soon you will see
The dawn comes another day!
…….
Don’t despair, dear field friends whatever you do
Don’t worry, you are not alone
All of the orb is there on your side,
You are not on your own
You are not on your own, field friends,
You are not on your own!

Tabith-Isis: You’re looking quite in the pink, Lupinium.
Lupinium: Yes, the things we must do for our art.
Tabs: I’m starting to think the Royal Procurers should be called the Miracle Workers.
Thomios: And we’ll have plenty of pizza and pasta sauce for the foreseeable future.
Lupinium: Have you ever considered a color change, Elvis?
Tabith-Isis: That would be so undignified! The very idea!
Elvis-Anum: Of course there was a time when I had to put aside my dignity.
Lupinium: Really? You must tell us.
Elvis-Anum: The competition for Dancing Corsair scholarships is fierce. Someday I’ll tell the story of A Corsair Line.

What’s important is to have plenty of “bottom,” as the old saying goes—not where you put your bottom.
