is she going to come home & tell him about the craft show while he’s trying to watch football? that would be “no fun”. he stayed home for a reason.

You don’t expect her to carry ALL those bags of craft stuff by herself, do you?

She might have a point…

Since I’ve retired the fun part is figuring out when my wife wants company and when she wants to go alone. She always wants company for craft shows and the like.

Best option: go alone…with loads of cash and credit cards!

I went to one where there was a “Bored Husbands & Boyfriends Area.” There was a big-screen teevee & they were serving beer.

Take her there, and when ya get there, tell her you’d like to go look for something, and then slip away. You know she’ll be there for at least an hour…gives you plenty of time to find the nearest sports bar!

So dear, the question is would you rather have “no fun” with me being there or me having “no fun” when you come back here?
