Planning for a swimming pool in there eh. Maybe add space for snooker table too. Then you can plays pool after swim in pool.

Oh just knock out a wall or two, as long as they’re not weight-bearing. Then get rid of some of the frivolous equipment around there, or furniture.

I have some suggestions! Lava pits that shoots fireballs! If it works for Bowser, it can work for you! Oh, and don’t forget the skeletons! Every good dungeons always have a few of those stalking the halls!

The ceiling is higher than it needs to be for Leopold. He could convert the same volume of space into two levels and double his square footage. The only one who wouldn’t fit in the areas with low ceilings would be Gary, and for Leopold, that might be an added bonus.

When it comes to Gary, Leo is so mean

Just dig under the neighbors’ houses. If they complain, I’m sure Leo can a place for them in the extra room.

Wait… wait… wait… Leo is asking for Brain Power from…

A head in a jar who is so optimistic that Leo has been sending the head through different chemicals to bleach out that behavior!?

And a spirit who is so spiritless that other spirits get depressed being around him! And other spirits give him directions that leads him back to the mortal realm… and sometimes he gets those directions wrong!

But he won’t take help from… yah… never mind.

But he could always call upon he’s friends from the Underworld! They would be willing to expand everyone’s access! Besides… when it comes to brains… not many are as devious as those who rule in the fiery depths!
