What’s for dinner?

Probably something with zucchini.

My father would grow yellow squash way too big and they were not tasty in the least. Better to pick them small with smaller seeds. The reason people don’t like veg is because they don’t get them done right. Young fresh veg steamed or roasted are much better than big old boiled to death ones.

That is a valid question?

My mother’s squash dish was delicious. It had onions in it. I’m not sure what else she did to it to make such an insipid vegetable taste so good…

Good one…I gotta use that line on my wife…she makes a lotta that this time of year!

I’ve never been able to find a way to make that palatable.

You know a vegetable is a piece of crp when you have to bury it in butter, sugar, and cinnamon to make it edible.

Squashed hope of having something for dinner that you’ll enjoy eating.

I wish I thought to ask that when I was a kid!
