Do you do the laundry?

With pleasure now that we have an excellent new washing-machine!

No problem to get mixed laundry clean – and by “mixed” I don’t only refer to different kinds of fabric but also extremely different states of dirty. Doesn’t need much detergent, either.

Just be careful with stockings, wool, silk etc.

I go to the laundromat and get 4 loads done in the same time as one.

Might not want to do that. They might bury you. Try suddenly coming down with the flu.

It is a relief that that smell isn’t a dead body in the basement.

If you have see that commercial with the football players, all you need is a certain laundry detergent. Somehow it makes the job easy.

Cover yourself with that laundry and you won’t have to fake your death.

It’s not only wrong on every level, it’s a crime for which one can be prosecuted. (It’s a form of fraud.)

People have it so easy now. I remember back in the 60’s my mom had a wringer washer.

Then you both will start to smell.

Oh come on. It’s the easiest job in the house. All you have to do is push a button once an hour.

The trick with laundry is to not let it pile up for too long. Do a load every once in a while so you don’t get overwhelmed. Actually, that’s the trick with a lot of stuff.
