I’ve used cloves instead, doesn’t tetrodotoxin break down into cyanide in the body? Wasn’t the monster in Frankenstein called Adam who had grey/yellow skin and no bolt in the neck?
Now some folks are going to look for and try to grow Acmella, except medicinal plants usually don’t have the same strengths and properties when grown out of their natural habitat.

So if you see a rough-skinned newt, ignore the warning and handle it. You’re an American and you can do whatever you want!

Oil of cloves will numb any aching tooth, and you can buy it in any drugstore. It’s the same stuff dentists use. Just dab it on with a Q tip.

Does the gum have to be sore for that to work, or does it numb normal gums too?

If you can’t find any Achella Oracea, just rub that newt over your gums, pain will be gone forever

To think of all the natural medicines that will never be discovered because of deforestation is heartbreaking

Is tetrodotoxin the poison in puffer fish?
