Hypno-Cat?
Every time I go shopping, I always, always bring something for my cat.
The bags.
Relax Muffin, still more in the car.
How about Roscoe?!
and she wonders why his answers are so “sweet” too. hehe
It’s called “catmail.” Earl and Muffin both sleep on the couch, but the bored cat might shred it.
Shopping for Earl is no problem; a quick trip to the butcher shop for a few pounds of bacon, and he’ll be happy until Spring.
Whatever spark the Pickles’ relationship might ever have had seems to have been extinguished within 5 minutes of saying “I do!”.
Buying stuff for someone who appears to be unappreciative of what you get them? Boy, has that cat got you wrapped around the paw, Opal!
My wife has automatic treat and toy shipments for the dogs. Way more than we use. Solution: more dogs!
Muffin’s only gift to them will be found in the litter box!
. . . but you already got him furnace filters.
Awww! Opal is such a PITA
I will be bringing stuff back for my babies today.
I prefer nothing for Christmas. If I want it, I’ve already bought it, and if somebody else buys it for me, they’ll get the wrong one.
36 presents; that is 2 less than last year.
what about Roscoe? the grandkid ?
I thought she already bought him a FILTER
Priorities.
Muffin, the typical self-centered cat!
Cats accept you treats and gifts and move on. Dogs truly enjoy them and share them with you…
Maybe some catnip scented slippers.
You mean the cat will not share?
MUFFIN
She’s my sweetie too.
You already got Earl an air filter!
My late orange cat Frodo, was nicknamed the ‘Blood Cat’ after a Blood Hound because anything that entered his domain had to be inspected thoroughly.
Yes, he always needs under shorts and ties. And I’ll ask my Mortician friend what suit style is appropriate.
I knew where this one was going by the second panel.
sometimes I wonder how they’ve lasted this long
I am taking today’s cartoon as a one-off, because it’s cute. I don’t think Opal will skip Roscoe, her sister, her grandson, daughter, son-in-law, or Earl. I don’t do all my shopping in one trip, so I don’t assume Opal does either.
