Your Aunt probably does not see you that often and does not know what you like or need! Just be happy knowing she is thinking about you!

I don’t know. Doing a mini shopping spree does make gift money worth it.

Money is always the right size and color. No one ever returns money.

someone once told me how she bought gift cards for her whole family and they were like “oh so you decided to go the cheap easy route!”.

I mean I can’t understand why gift cards have to be a cheap and easy route, like what was she not being personal enough for them!?.

if it was me I would say "do you know just how much money is in all those gift cards?. there’s nothing better than a gift card if you know the person’s favorite shop or restaurant.

I wouldn’t mind at all getting just gift cards for birthdays or christmas because then I get precisely what I want and nothing that is sort of what I want or not at all what I want, or a duplicate of something I already have.

gift cards are the best thing ever invented and don’t complain about cash Phoebe, that’s hard to come by and it can still be used anywhere.

on a second note, two of my wishes for Phoebe and her unicorn came true in the new book Unicorn for a day.

Phoebe and Marigold actually switched their bodies and didn’t go insane.

and then towards the end we finally get to see what Phoebe would look like as a unicorn.

just her face and not a whole body, but a face tells a lot and hopefully maybe someday Phoebe will become a full body of a unicorn instead of just a tail and such.

Phoebe’s unicorn face was distantly similar to Ferny’s, with the long fine hair and the young face.

it was even said that Ferny was around the same age as Phoebe.

even better would be is if Marigold someday gets turned into a human body.

    what would she look like??.

any chance that Dana might make her look similar to Jane Krakowski who would be playing her voice if this were an animated series?.

at least two wishes came true and for that I thank you Dana for listening from the bottom of my heart.

I hope that you can really make this series into something that explores all possibilities and never stop surprising us.

Even as a kid, money was always a welcome gift. The only part I didn’t like about money was that my parents made me put half of it in the bank. I also don’t see anything wrong with gift cards most times, unless it’s a gift card to a place that doesn’t exist near you, then there was no thought involved.

How about a nice soft comfy saddle for her to sit on when she’ riding you, Marigold?

“You have to buy me a bespoke gift so I can resent you for not knowing what I really wanted.” – a lot of people, if they were being honest

I’ll take either one. I’m not greedy. However, you would really have to think long and very hard if you could have a wish. You must consider all the consequences both immediate and possible…..

Marigold just did some of the most pointed, yet gentle, snark I’ve read. Nice writing.

I suppose that if I had both at that age, I might have wished for even more money, I never thought about where it might come from until I was earning my own.
