So she’s going to put a dryer ball covered in dog saliva right in the dryer without even cleaning it off. To bounce around with their clean towels or whatever. What a disgusting idea.

Has anyone else been watching the Barrett Jackson Scottsdale auction? It’s crazy how much the old 60’s/70’s trucks are now going for (higher than some exotics).

A beautiful demonstration of everyday Taoism. What seems like a problem can become a positive thing. I love seeing these sice of life scenes with Luann, she always puts the day in a good mood. Now I wonder if Puddles took the ball directly from the washing machine or if it was on the floor… Maybe it’s time to start keeping the dryer door closed to avoid the danger of drying the poor pet along with the laundry.

try a pickle ball, we used to use a wiffle ball but now pickleballs are more prevalent.

Dryer balls can be very useful when drying clothing containing down, they help break up the clumps. Sneakers also work and they needed washing, right?

Pud has that look that “Luann’s butt is in the right place for a good chomp”, and watch her scream and jump.

We started using dryer balls to help remove cat hair off our clothes. Works better than dryer sheets for that purpose.

A formal dance attended by Maytag,Hotpoint, GE,Samsung etc. appliances.

My washer and dryer are in my garage. What fun it is when the dryer ball goes under the car.

An assessment of conveninece, with the pooch being assigned blame and/or exonerated accordingly.

This is the first I ever heard of a dryer ball. See. Reading comics is educational, Mom!

After reading all the comments I would like to address some of the misconceptions. Dryer balls are a replacement for fabric softeners. They work by breaking the bonds that make clothes stiff. I tried them many years ago and didn’t like the degree of softening and went to dryer sheets. I see someone said the wash towels with the rest of the laundry – that’s a good way to get your clothes pilled. Lint does not come from a dryer but from the washer. The agitator on top loaders breaks cloth fibers. They only show up in the dryer. When I had a front loader washer there was next to zero lint. Dryer cycles were cut by more than a half as the centrifugal force of the spin cycle wrung them nearly dry. Front loaders self level the load so they can achieve much higher rpms than front loaders and the drums are much larger. I really miss my front loader. Before vacations I would do a mixed load so we didn’t come home to moldy laundry and no pilling.
