The US, Canada and the Philippines are the only countries in the world that uses the month / day / year format (MM/DD/YY). Most of the rest of the world uses day / month / year (DD/MM/YY). Although, in Canada the officially recommended format for a numerical date is actually YYYY – MM – DD.

According to what I could find on the internet.

I don’t even have a solution. How can I have a re-solution?

Yesterday, for Resolution Planning Day, I planned to resolve a plan for planning better resolving, and I resolved to plan better.

Well, it did not go as I planned, and I resolved nothing. So it’s back to better planning for resolving a plan to plan better.

What about 12/31/23 in ISO format would be 3023-12-31, 4023-12-31,…

Of course, in Europe the date is 31/12/23. Still symmetrical but not the same.
