That’s pretty much me this morning after I discovered that the hot water heater is leaking after it was repaired yesterday and now have to call the plumber back. I refuse to pay another trip charge.

I mean… who isn’t? I hate mornings.

Teeny tiny itty bitty? Ya think?

Why grumpy? You’re a cat! Go back to bed!

And it isn’t even Monday.

I may be a bit slow in the morning, but not grumpy.

I have always hated mornings. I don’t want anyone to talk to me. I just want silence. I never turn on the radio going to work but listen in the afternoon. Unfortuately for me, my father was very much a morning person. One summer, I got home from my girlfriend’s house a little after midnight week nights and went to bed. Had to be up by 6:30 am in order to get to work. I dragged myself into the breakfast area and was usually greeted with a hearty “Good morning!” from my father. It was all I could do to not tell him to drop dead and let me die in peace.

It’s Garfield’s alter ego!
