A good way to get ready for Monday.

Well Monday is right around the corners.

Looks like an average weather day around here.

In my country we don’t even get mail delivery on a Sunday.

Which is kind of a blessing so that we don’t have to go out in pouring hail and be torn apart by a tornado every Sunday!

Looks just like typical weather here in Iceland.

Poor Jon.

You can always pick up your mail on Sunday if you forgot to check on Saturday.

At least Jon made it back home with all those storms striking at the same time.

There have been previous Garfield Comic Strips where the mailman comes on Sunday, but I think many of them are in story arches. For example, look at the one in 1986 when Garfield loses his memory. The Sunday strip shows the mailman coming.

Geez, Jon, it’s bad enough when you find yourself doing that on those stupid meaningless “government Mondays,” but when you can’t even keep track of a Sunday, well…..
