Looks like Ma forgot that her daughter learned the “facts of life” at school. When I hit puberty at 10 years old, my Mom gave me pamphlets to read about it. She even went to a film we had at school when I was 12 that showed everything about puberty. She was the only mother there and told the female teacher that everything that happened in that film I already went through when I was 11 1/2 years old.
Actually, I had thought that I had at least a rudimentary understanding of such things, and then came this story arc…. So, Lola’s mom, explain to those of us who aren’t quite up to speed – what, exactly, will be the intimate, physical facts of a relationship between a woman and a penguin?
