Wizard of Id by Parker and Hart for May 23, 2024

Had to get the very last of last year’s leaf crop off them trees somehow.

Yeah….were in the 90s already. I’d love some rain.

The Fink doesn’t realize it but those leaves are green…. it is May!

Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it. I blame the government.

It’s Seattle.

That explains yesterday here in town. The Count ❤️ed it!

Or, it could be climate change. Leaves fall during droughts, too.

Here comes the rain again, falling on my head like a memory!!!

We had a dusting of snow a week ago. Yesterday the grandson and I were walking in sweatshirts against the mid-60s weather. I checked… in Phoenix it was 93F.

Sigh. Another spell gone wrong.

April showers bring May flowers? Except here it rained all April and May. Bring on the summer time, I want sunshine and girls in summer dresses and bikinis! Spring is hanging around way too long.

Why doesn’t the Fink do away with Wiz if this is the kind of stuff he does?

Our area would be happy with a few days without storms!

I didn’t know how close I lived to Id. That’s just how the weather has been around here.

If I had one wish in the comics, it would be no political trolling in non-political comics.

If I had two wishes, the next would be no talking about your weather when a comic mentions weather. :-D
