Those “interesting traces” may be one of the reasons the boss at Tip Top Town Topix (dash 30 dash 4T) doesn’t like doing things with computers, but we now see that the victim’s computer does show a connection to, presumably, TTTT. They already knew about the crypto connection.
Lee and Liz might be the ones to break this case wide open. After all they are doing the research. Sam got his assignment. Now what is Tracy going to be involved with?
Unusual browsing, but I’m suspecting most of us might have some quirky things in our browsing history, other than too much time on GoComics, of course. Lockpicking Lawyer or squirrel videos on YouTube™, researching the history of cheese, naughty goats dot com, butterfly identification, or that stuff you don’t watch with anyone else in the room with a name on the GoComics banned list.
A problem with browser history is that all it means is that you looked at something. You might not even have known what it was before you clicked on it. He’s actually a comic fan and misspelled Krypto the Dog.
So Lizz is off model….. again. Lee is constipated and nails too long and pointy. I need to drink my coffee BEFORE reading the comments because y’all make me want to just say screw it and go back to bed.
1- LEE: OMG! NOTHING BUT DICK PICS? LIZZO: OOH! LEMME SEE!
2- LEE: They’re Dick Tracy pics. LIZZO: Ugh. Never mind.
3- LEE: Obviously a case of “Dick Envy”. He couldn’t have Dick so he decided to end it all. CASE CLOSED! LIZZO: Whada we do now? It was the only open crime we had! And it wasn’t even a crime!
SAM: IT’S 10 O’CLOCK – TIME FOR LUNCH! LIZZO: Hold up! We’ll join you! DT: HOLD UP? WHERE? WHEN? WHERE’S MY GUN???
I guess when Lee said “files” she meant data on the deceased’s hard drive. Because that browser info is stored somewhere – of course he may have thought that deleting the cookies would delete sensitive information that could harm his family.
Yesterday’s statement of linotype seems to me to foreshadow how this might end. Rather like it ended for Ghost Pepper or was supposed to end for Yeti. In about a month the boss-man of TTTT (what’s his name?) will fall into a container of molten lead. And not even have the bad luck of DC’s ‘The Joker’.

Chucky does have a nice attention to details, such as the reflection of the lights on the top of Lee’s vest.
Not too shabby, young man!

I’m neither a criminal nor a CEO, and I delete my browser history every time I shut down my browser, sometimes oftener.

Maybe it’s the multi angled perspectives, but I don’t think Charles did a good job with Lee today.
