An upscale neighborhood near The Count’s extremely upscale neighborhood has spent the past couple weeks and taxpayer $$ installing raised portions of the main roadway every few yards. Continuous speed bumps.
I’ve been on that road and that’s the construction site on 146th St in Indiana. The road project have been going since B.C. time. Yep I Know that road!!!
